About the Event
Sisters! Looking for a fun and exciting way to engage in physical activity? Join your fellow sisters for a 6 week long series of self-defence classes held in a private setting. This is a great opportunity to learn the practical application of offensive and defensive skills against an opponent, using padded protective gear, combining self defense with an excellent workout. Each 45-minute session will consist of plyometrics, punching, kicking, blocking, and cardio exercises. No experience? No problem! Classes are open to ALL skill, health and fitness levels! We can't wait to see you there!
