Introduction to Islamic Theology

It is the discipline of Islamic theology that sets the foundations for both the inward and outward sciences. When studied correctly, it provides Believers with a coherent and cohesive lens to view and make sense of the physical and metaphysical. This course seeks to do just that: through a systematic study of epistemology, propositional theories, propositional modalities, God's existence, His attributes, His acts, Prophetology, and Revealed Knowledge, students will gain a broad understanding of the discipline and how it ought to inform their worldview and, consequently, human action and behavior.

No prior knowledge of Islamic theology is required.
