Fathers! Join us with your kids (4-10 years old boys and girls) at Hespeler Masjid on February 15th from 1:30-4PM for a Wellness Within special. The afternoon will begin with father-kid activities, followed by a quick snack break and an exclusive fathers-only discussion on navigating parenting facilitated by Registered Psychotherapist, Br. Raiyan Chowdhury. Childcare will be provided during the fathers only discussion.
