Mamas meet: Kids Splash

Mamas and expecting mamas, join us for a day at RBJ Schlegel Park with your kiddos (aged 4 and under) at our next Wellness Within Session on Saturday, July 11th!

This month’s session will focus on perfectionism and motherhood. The session will be led by Fatima Haneef (social worker).

Make sure to bring a change of clothes, water, snacks and sunscreen! Please note there will be no babysitting provided for this session.
